- The "Landser" were the standard German infantry soldiers. They have the ability to rapidly lock down sectors with accurate rifle fire and machine gun support from the MG08/15. They can also count on their Minenwerfer and the 7.7cm Feldkanone for artillery support.

The Landsers are a German rifle squad, composed of an NCO, a rifleman, a machine gunner, and a grenadier.
As a rifle squad, like the Poilus and the Tommies, it is capable of calling down artillery support through its NCO, bringing down mortar shots, sector artillery, and creeping barrages as necessary. It also uses the normal spawning mechanism, where all players spawn on the NCO.

The role of the Schütze is to engage and eliminate enemies using accurate rifle fire. While the squadmate can have a scope, the role is advances more slowly than the grenadier and the NCO, as it has half as much sprint as the other two.
