The official standard French sidearm during the Great War. It is commonly referred to as the "Lebel" revolver, when it was actually manufactured by St. Etienne. The double-action revolver was well designed for its time and served the French Army up to the Second World War.

The M1892 or Revolver de 8 mm modèle 1892, is a French six-round double-action and, though unused in the game, single-action revolver.

In-game, it is roughly comparable to the Webley revolver, although the M1892 can only be reloaded with loose rounds, rather than the Webley's top-break speed-loader.

During the latter parts of the 19th century, the Western militaries gave little notice to the need for handguns. The 8mm revolver was created with this effectively in mind, or rather out of mind, producing a revolver with little stopping power.
